Don't Sneeze At (nor in) a Chinese Factory

Updated: Oct 16, 2020

Do you remember where your iPhone was built?

It was made in Shenzhen, China.

Does it work? Do you trust it? Do you think it will serve you well for the next 5 years?

Chinese factories have come a long way in the last 30 years. Gone are the days of hot, unventilated, touch-labor, dirty heavy-industry factories in China. They have mostly been replaced by clean-room, dust-controlled, HEPA-filtered and static-free high-tech workspaces.

Indeed, most of clean-room facilities in the world are located in China.

ISO categorizes clean-rooms up to Class ISO 1 allowing a maximum of 10 particles per cubic meter of air that are larger-than-or-equal-to 0.1 micrometer (0.0000001 meter).

The vast majority of clean-rooms in the world are in China.

Please see a video of one of our typical factories.
